Hi im in 1015 on my current game and having real trouble getting new players, its not that there is a lack of players just to prices have become so over priced. for the top players like pato you need to spend 120m, but even for average players i seem to need to spend over the odds, i brought a player with a current rating of 160 and cost me 40m, in past season he would of surely only have bee 25 tops, is any one else having trouble finding decent player that are good enough to play straight away for reasonable money.

yup, it's sad but true.
you can only lurk around and wait for one of those decent players to get transfer listed by request or considered as backup from their stupid teams... and then make a move.
for example, i was able to snatch balotelli for just 18M, while santon asking price is still over 120M. how stupid inter is? :p
with the same tactic, i was lucky to sign great players for my las palmas team for amazing price. just wait for the right moment and make a move. the difficult part is that you'll have to check upon the players you're interested in often enough, as the bargain deals can switch on for a couple of weeks only and then switch off.
i guess you could use genie scout to sneak upon the asking prices, once a month or sooner.
