ok so im the manager of Ajax Cape Town and ive noticed that when my strikers get near the box instead of making a run or passing they shoot. what do i need to do to make them make the run or the pass? also how do i get my defenders to stay back instead of always coming up and challenging the striker or midfielder?
Go to their personal instructions and put in passing short and set long shots to rarely!
Defenders? winged ones of central?
If you have problem with center backs then set their instructions to close down own area and set your team instructions to a more deeper set of your defenders!
Always remember setting the kind of defenders you wish, in your request it fits more the limited defender center back!
