I would like to know if anyone have some tips on how to find cheap regens for low money using genie scout.
My club doesn't have much money, and my transfer budget is often at 100.000£ or lower. I find it really hard to scout young players with a bit of PA without thier clubs counter-offering a really high offer.
So, any tips on how to seach for regens, that does have some potential, and yet are affordable for smaller clubs?
