Can someone tell whats the best but cheapest staff to get? i need someone who is good and defending training and someone whos good at attacking training and also a good fittness coach and they their wages must be bellow 1,000?
Why don't you just do a staff seach, edit the filter so at most the wages are 1k, then search and see who has got the best Att/Def attributes. Try and get staff who have good determination, discipline and motivation.
Coaches come to a team just like players, depending on teams reputation and status, and depending on teams they have a favor of!
Remember that coaches who are really good must have 4 stars in their region of training
try to use coaches for a single region as possible, cause the players get more experience from him, so auto assign is out of the question!

Tbh no coach can be good if his wage is around 1,000!

Just go to staff search and use filter.....somewhere on forum is a thread "how to get 5 stars in training", or something like that, use formulas from there to find the most suitable staff.......
