Aright guys, trying to load a game for the first time and getting an error say "Unknown database version: 1392"
what do i do to overcome this?
Are you using the 10.2 version ?
Because it is the kind of error message you will receive if you do it.
I'm also getting the same error message:
Unknown Database Version - 1392.
I'm running Windows 7, and am using the Sports Interactive Patch that was released; I believe that's what everyone is referring to when they say 10.2.
This is the error message I got using FM Genie Scout 10 RC1, and now the same message I get when I use RC2.
Any suggestions?
FM Genie Scout 10 RC2 is not compatible with the 10.2 version. So you just have to wait and be patient...

Can anyone recommend any other tools that can help in place of Genie, until an update is released?
ALSO - can you downgrade back to the original version (non 10.2, but uninstalling, re-installing, but not loading the patch?), and have Genie scout work?
Instead of Genie Scout use
FMTRE for the moment until a Genie Scout Update comes in

Yes, you can !
But your savegames won't work. So you can begin a new game.
