How do I transfer players? Can't seem to find the option (if there is)

@JLK: Regular transfer are not possible. Only swaps for contracted players.
For example, you could swap Messi with Neymar. It doesn't matter who, as long as both players have contract with a club. That means it won't work if you try to swap a contracted player with a free agent.

load game is fail it says it can't find game.

Can't enable In-Game Assistant. Can't tick that box. Did it just the way it's described. Have a registered version.
Any ideas?

I am getting a "Failed to load Football Manager data: Could not find a compatible Football Manager version."
but i am playing the full game on steam FM 21
and last month was working fine idk whats wrong after the new update?

I didn't think it was, but I'll ask anyway. My friend has an online save on his cloud that me and some of my friends play. Is it possible to use FMSE when the save is not on my pc?

I've searched everywhere to find a manual for FMSE 20, but I didn't find one.
Also "How to Use" is empty.
Is there a manual or a video-tutorial anywhere?

My special Questions:
- What is the maximum value for facilities, recruitment and coaching and why aren't there any changes shown in the FM2020.
- What are the maximum values for reputation? (Staff, Team, Player)
- Also: Is there a german language-File for FSME.
- Is it possible to adapt the following Staff Skills (translated in own words):
negotiation Skills, Assessment of employee skills (Is it a calculated result of other skills?)

Have licensed version but cant seem to get the IGA to work. Any help?
