Manager stats.

I start a game and I put as my history an amateur player and no diploma. I take a small team, in 4th division Greece. As the years go by I update and finally get the Uefa Pro diploma. I manage to take my team up to 2nd division. But my stats as manager DONT get better. Every time I update my diploma i get real little update, from 1 to 2, or from 2 to 3. I get the Uefa pro and my stats are like 5, 6 and 7... all of them. Am I doing something wrong, or is it a bug??
