FMSE17 not loading game date

I did everything correct, updated the game, i run FM17 load the game, run FMSE17 as administrator but when loading it does not load game data...the same goes for genie scout...what to do?

Hi,
first of all, make sure you're running the latest Steam version of Football Manager 2017 (17.2.1), and that it's already open with your save game loaded.
If that's the case and it still doesn't load your game, try to run FMSE17 as administrator.
yes my fm is update to 17.2.1 and i did try running fmse as administrator...but same problem..
Can you describe exactly what happens? Do you see the message "Loaded x Nations, x clubs and x Person" in the app's status bar when you click the load button?
nope 0 messages, it just stays loading....it's almost like can't find the saved game...
is it possible that this is linked to the fact that in "Preferences"-> "General" -> "landgdb.dat Location" and "Game Documents" are empty?
No, this means that it can't find a running process with a game loaded, or that FMSE17 doesn't have sufficient access rights.

Are you absolutely sure you are running Football Manager 2017 through Steam and the version is 17.2.1?

Can you please send a screenshot with the "Game Status" screen in the game?

i've bought the game 1 week ago





i tried to uninstall FMSE and reinstall it but nothing...
i really can't understand why, yesterday (before i did update of the game) it was working...when i updated the game it did stop working...
Thanks for the screenshot, that's very interesting. You have a different version build number, that's why it's not working.
Are you on a beta channel or something similar? And I know it probably is, but please make sure it's 64 bit.

I can add your version number to the next update, but I can't say for sure it's going to work. If not, then we can explore other options, which would involve running a diagnostic app and sending me a log back to add support for your version.

Ah, I see. We don't support beta FM versions I'm afraid. You'll have to install the standard version of the game to use with FMSE17!
