How to be manager for club and country?

Just want to get help how to be manager for club and country?I already got offer to manager one country but when I accept the offer, I still cannot manager that country and the offer still come but still same.Any idea???

Well, to manage some countries you need to quit your job in the club, and for some countries you don't...i all depends which country approaches you...I haven't really done that but my friend had...

I think its: your not allowed to manager the country that the club your managing is from? I'm not sure but it could just be certain countries, though I'm not 100%
