Genie Scout Not Responding (On Launch)

Every time I try to launch genie scout, It doesn't respond and no matter how long I leave i, It doesn't change. Can anyone help?

Could you please specify PC configuration you use, and your OS. Does it freeze during the launch, or game loading?
