I try to recreate conte's 3-4-3 tactic used at chelsea but I m not sure about the roles and instructions. About the roles I m thinking something like

CD. BPD(s) CD
WBs. WBs
BBM. DLP
IFa. APa
CFa
I m not sure about wing backs support or attack and for ifa or support. In TI I have control mentality with fluid, normal tempo and defensive line, press sometimes, mixed passing, clear ball to flanks and exploit left and right flank. I paired them with BPD do direct passing and BBM and DLP shorter passing. What is your opinion/recommendation?
