GS 17.3 Winter Data Encoding Problem

Hi,

I am having a data encoding problem.

I changed my harddrive and reinstall the game(not touch version) and get my key file from my mail account but when i run GS 17.3g winter1.0 beta 12 or touch winter beta 1.0.13, loaded data is not correct.

There are more than 200 players with best potential rating 100+. And also player ability screen is not correct.

I was using GS for a long time but having first time such kind of problem.

My operating system is win 7 pro and using micrososft net framework 4.6.2.

Please help.
