Question about staff attributes

Am I right in thinking that the attributes for a member of staff, such as a coach, are limited by their CA/PA? So If I set everything to 20 the game would reduce them until the were within
the possible values?

Hi,
you are right on both points. But be aware that the game won't necessarily reduce the irrelevant attributes only. It's always best to set to 200 CA/PA and set the attributes as realistically as possible.
