Can anybody tell me what means “Hands On approach†????????????
Im pretty sure this is if you manage your youth teams. If your assistant plays those games etc, your hands on will be low and vice versa.
you are trying to say that if my assistant handles reservers and youth and extend their contracts, plays friendlies and that kind of things, my “Hands On approach†will me low ?
Yes. although im basing this on the fact that i dont do any of the above things and my hands on approach is 9.
Well I don't do any of the above and mine is 14, so it's kind of flawed tbh... I personally think it is how you handle your players, disciplining, etc.

yeh, or/and how you approach players when youre gonna sign them and other stuff.
I've had 4 20's in games that lasted over 10 seasons... all depends on how you play for how long you play
and im pretty sure the hands on approach, has to do with how you deal with your players in media. So if someone says he wants to go and you tell him no and someone else wants to go and you tell him yes that would give you lower hands on approach.
Same with Andurilz, with addition that hands on approach has something to do also with the way you deal with other clubs if they wanted to buy your players. You often see managers releasing statement that they are interested in signing your players and you see the options to respond this on "hands off warning" or "correct price" or "any price"..
ye, that too. And with praising players, and declaring interest.
Your consistity in that, thats what hands on aproach rates. (atleast thats what i think)

Red.. not everyone has a brain like you, but most important is to keep the modesty. Keep your feet on the ground mate..
