How do i open the FMS Editor? i cant find it on my desktop, and i dont know how to open it?

The FMSE17 installation doesn't create a desktop shortcut. You can find the program within the Windows Start Menu and create a shortcut manually (right-click > Send to > Desktop) if you want.
