Poll: Central Midfield Dilemma

So it's Summer 2017 and I haven't had a massive reshuffle but my summer business has left me desiring a forward thinking CM, preferably filling some sort of playmaker role in my team. Anyway, I have 3 targets to choose from who I think would fit this role perfectly. Just asking for opinions on the targets and advice on who I should sign, targets shown in the poll (any other suggestions are welcome).
