I think this started happening in 2022 so I'll just throw it out there and ask if there's a problem with the software in longer saves? It's really annoying at this point since most interesting signings are regens.
I've followed the advice given by saving the game. Even saved it to a new file. Restarted FM/Genie Scout multiple times, even my PC. Reinstalled Genie Scout as well.
