Hello amigos. I'm trying to set some rules for the transfer's window.
I choose the dates, highest and lowest levels..etc and a type of window... i want to set "free transfers only" or "1 transfer allowed". it doesnt matter, nothing works. all clubs make 2-5 transfers per window. Other rules work as i need, but only this doesnt work.
