So it was loading before but not anymore.

it was loading ofc.. i am on 2033 year.. the file is still exist...
i try to load my career save, it is loading 20% and then game shows me a message that it tells me "your game cant load"

That doesn't look good I'm afraid.
According to SI, save no longer loads probably means your save got corrupted and can't be fixed
I really hope that's not the case, considering you've reached 2033 already. Perhaps Restoring Previous Version of the save or doing a Windows Restore could save the day for you.
