Suburbs To Superstars

Haiti. The small, small country located just off the coasts of Cuba and Jamaica. This is where this journey will start, this journey of great struggle, pride, conquest and triumph. Haiti is my new home, and the centre of this journey.

What are my plans?
My plans. I want to do it all with this incredible bunch of players. I want to develop the national team by winning. Whether it be games, cups or rivalries, I want to win. The hope is that with success, our clubs based in places such as Port Au Prince will improve their facilities, and grow with us.

When will we see updates?
Whenever I can. I share responsibility with here and another website, so will be stretched, but can hopefully update at least once a week. Updates will consist of each batch of fixtures, and will show things like player selection, stats and results, aswell as analysing The Tables and players stats.

So, with that out of the way, I present, the new leader of Haitian football....

Rememeber to leave your thoughts and feelings about this, and thanks for reading!
Note: Updates will be in a more professional fashion, this was just an opener. Cheers!

Haiti Announce McAndrew

The Haitian FA have announced the appointment of former Burton Albion coach McAndrew after a short search for a new first team coach. McAndrew, who worked for Burton between 2012-2016 is said to be excited to be taking the opportunity at the helm of the Haiti national team, who currently compete in 2 competitions and are expected to reach the knockout stages of the Carribean Cup. McAndrew is said to be on a short term contract, which will allow the Haitian FA to judge his performance in both the Carribean Cup and the World Cup Qualifying.

Carribean Cup Groups Announced

Just days after th unexpected appointment of former Burton coach McAndrew, the group for the Carribean Cup has been drawn.

The Haitians have been drawn with Martinique and St.Vincent, and will begin their campaign on the 8th October when they welcome St.Vincent to Haiti. The Haitians will have to rely on their key players to carry them through the group, with a potential struggle on the cards otherwise. After a decent start to their World Cup campaign and a new, fresh appointment, can Haiti reach the next round?
