Can I shift save games from Mac to PC?

Hi everyone,

I've been playing on a save game for about 8 seasons now on my mac. I just recently fixed my PC, and I was wondering if I could transfer the save games over to my PC using a thumbdrive.

I've actually tried this, but somehow loading it didn't work. It simply said "Loading failed" or something like that.

I was wondering if anyone had experience with moving from Mac to PC, and if there's a way I can fix it.
