Help modifying Andorran leagues

Can anyone create 1st and 2nd Andorra league for me? I know that there is a download, but I would like someone who can modify it for me.

I would like:

- teams play only once (or two if they can not change)
- no division into groups after X matches

Let the rest be what it is.

the andora premier leage 8 teams

leage 4 rounds mean that each team will play 28 match per season

the last 2 teams will relegeted to the second division

the second leage 17 teams each team will play 32 match per season
the first 2 teams will promoted to the premier leage
