Tactics scouting report?

I have a question with my tactics.
it gave me a scouting report it says most vunerable to facing 4-4-2
does that meen a 4-4-2 formation is goo against it, or is their formation good against a 4-4-2?
please help me

I assume the scouting report is for your next opponent?
If that's the case, it means you'll have a better chance of winning if you choose a 4-4-2 formation.
However, formations per se are not really that important anymore. Roles and duties are the most important element of a tactic. For example, you can choose a 4-4-2 formation but on the pitch you could play like 3-4-3 if you assign certain roles.
