Frank Lampard gets his first managerial role at Watford FC.
Frank Lampard who has recently retired from professional football has dove head first into the world of management with what people are describing as an "out of the blue" replacement for former Watford Head coach Walter Mazzari.
Lampard who has no previous managerial experience links up with the Hornets 7 weeks ahead of the campaign which hopes to see Watford improve on their miserable 17th position finish last season.
The Pozzo Family are known for their changing of manager and they are no stranger to a Chelsea Legend as Gianfranco Zola was at the Helm between 2012-14 guiding them to a 3rd place finish and a Play off Final in 2013.
