I have won double title (serie A & Italian cup) in one season and I have signed new players for new season. But in the new season I am facing problem when some of my player including my key players unhappy because worried about 'lack of managerial discipline'. Now their performance also slightly decrease. any idea to solve this problem?
i suppose your players get a lot of yellow/red cards?
if so, use "more cautious" in the tackling-options.
for red cards hand out fines immediately.
If a player is sent off, I issue a warning.

If a player is sent off again after that, I fine him and if it happens again I'll do the most severe (fine 2 wks wages).

If a player accumulates two yellow cards in the game, I don't do anything. If it happens repeatedly I will issue a warning or fine him if it is too frequent.

You can see how many cards he has accumulated under his "stats".

If a player is performing poorly, do not be afraid to criticize his performance, and if he plays badly for a long period of time you can issue a warning for poor performance (player interactions -> discipline player for)

You can also click on your name in the game and look at your manager profile. If your "squad discipline" attribute is low, it means you're not doing enough!
