Playing FM17 on Extended Display (Mac)

My MacBook is dying and I want to be able to play FM in the background while I work on my iMac. I can't have it on screen or it makes work difficult, so I bought a MiniDisplay to HDMI cord to run into a nearby Samsung TV. I got everything up and running but when I try and drag the game over to the extended display, it zooms in on a small portion of the screen and I can't see much else. I have tried messing with the display size, dragging the windows, etc., but nothing seems to work.


Any suggestions?
