Can you help me with my custom Facepack??

I created 6 custom players in the fm editor and it worked out great. Only problem is that i couldnt manage to make the facepack for them.

heres what i already got:

- 6 PNG's
- all of them are already transparent
- size is 180x180

i guess the only thing missing is the confg file. I already tried one but it somehow doesnt work.
