Reckionist 4-3-1-2 in FM 18

trying to replicate Reckionist 4-3-1-2 and there is a big weakness on the left side that opponents use to exploit to counter attack. My CB has also been burned by a few long pass counter attacks as well.

I think instead of using full backs(auto) you must use wingbacks(auto)
and also change the right side BWM to CM(auto).
If you are still getting murdered on left side, trying using carriliro(and have a PI with tackle harder and close down much more)
