Young first team!

Hi guys! I'm planning on taking a team and basically 'getting rid' of all the players over say 23 years old. So I'm left with a very young team, where I can grow the players into legends.
Just wondered if anybody had done anything like this before? Any team recommendations maybe?
Also would anyone be interested in reading my journey through this save if I was to regularly post my season(s) onto the forum.

To quote the great Alan Hansen 'You can't win anything with kids'

Those saves are the most fun i reckon. Might be fun to go with a smaller team and build them up with kids. And a great story to read is always a big +
