Leyton Orient F.C. Preview -:

Last season was one to forget for Leyton Orient as there 112 year stay in the football league came to an end. The club had 5 different managers in the season 2016/17. DinkyDug is here to bring Leyton Orient back into the football league.
The Squad -:

Defenders

Charlie Granger (GK) - He is one for the future. (20 years old)

Sam Sargeant (GK) - He is aslo another one who could improve in the future. (19 years old)

Jake Caprice (RB) - Is a good player for the Vanarama National but may look to improve. (24 years old)

Myles Judd (RB) - He will be our backup right back and at the age of 18 has a bright future. (18 years old)

George Elokobi (CB) - He will be our main centre back this season as he is very experienced and a great player for the Vanarama National. (31 years old)

Jamie Sendles-White (CB) - The 23 year old is valued at 130k and will play beside Elokobi. (23 years old)

Josh Coulson (CB) - He will be the backup for Sendles-White and Elokobi. He is currently on loan from Cambridge. (28 years old)

Michael Clark (CB) - He looks to improve a lot in the future. (19 years old)

Aron Pollock (CB) - Another 19 year old centre back who also looks to improve in the future. (19 years old)

Joe Widdowson (LB) - He is the backup for this position. (28 years old)

Christian Scales (LB) - Has a bright future but not ready for the first team yet. (20 years old)

Midfield

Alex Lawless (CDM/CM) - Very versatile player, lots of experience and good stats. (32 years old)

Charlie Lee (CM) - An experienced player, versatile and good stats. (30 years old)

Craig Clay (CM) - another great central midfielder who just recently joined from Motherwell. (25 years old)

Freddy Moncur (CM) - He is not ready for the first team yet but is one for the future. (20 years old)

Henry Ochieng (CM) - the 18 year old will be a cover for the first team and has a great future in front of him. (18 years old)

Jobi Mcanuff (LM) - a very experienced player but doesn't suit my formation. (35 years old)

Attackers

James Dayton (AMR) - another versatile player who has good stats.(28 years old)

Rommy Boco (AMR) - Versatile player and has experience. (31 years old)

Josh Koroma (AML) - at the age of 18 he will improve a lot in the future. (18 years old)

David Mooney (ST) - very experienced player and has good stats. (32 years old)

Matt Harrold (ST) - a backup option (32 years old).

Macauley Bonne (ST) - A versatile player who can improve (21 years old).

Sam Dalby (ST) - A very good young talent with a very bright future (17 years old)

Going in to the league our best defender Elokobi is out for 2-3 months.

Sutton United 0 - 2 Leyton Orient
A great result to start off the season with. Totally dominant and should have scored more goals. The goals were scored by Dayton and Bonne.



Leyton Orient 0 - 0 Solihull Moors
A very boring game but should have scored.



Leyton Orient 1 - 0 Maidstone
A late goal from Mcanuff sealed another 3 points for the Orient.



Bromley 0 - 0 Leyton Orient
Another goalless draw and felt like i should have won but didn't.



Woking 1 - 1 Leyton Orient
Another draw with Moncur scoring the only goal for us.



Leyton Orient 1 - 1 Eastleigh
A draw against Eastliegh was an ok result as they are up in 4th. Mooney Scored the goal.



Maidenhead 0 - 2 Leyton Orient
A great victory for us and totally deserved the win. Goals scored by Koroma and Moncur.

An unbeaten start, well done. Just need to try and turn those draws into wins and you'll be absolutely fine!

Overview -
First two defeats of the season and one of them coming to a title rival which was very frustrating. I'm struggling to find a consistent tactic. An easy win in the FA Cup 4th qualifying round. Its going to be close.
