I was just wondering, when a club agrees a transfer with another for a player to sign at the start of the following season, does the buying club pay at the time of the deal or when the player moves to the club. I think its you pay when the player moves to the club, but I wanted to make sure.
well the transfer-budget gets subtracted right away, but it's paid when the deal goes through.
I was thinking about Smalling signing for United. Watched him this weekend and looked really shaky. Sir Alex was at the game and I think he's under a lot of pressure to perform now. I do understand that the pressure will affect him, but when you sign for a club paying £7m, you do expect more. Sir Alex did the same thing with Ljajic, postponing the transfer to see his progress but didn't follow up on deal. I think Smalling has got potential and do hope he performs well over the next few months.
yeah i've been looking into him for my leeds-save, unfortunately he is slow as hell
btw OT:
could you tell me how i can edit in those kits in my information-screen you made for me?
