(Problem) Add extra youth teams??

Is it possible to make another youth team for a club, like four teams in one club?
Because i want this for some teams:
- First Team
- Second Team
- Under 19
- Under 17

If yes? Can someone tell my how?

Hi yes it is. Eg say u choose Man Utd on the club details it says ad team or reserve team click that and choose what you want. Then on bottom of club details you’ll see reserves you’ll need to change rep coz it starts at 10000 lol. Then you can’t put them in any league u want. I’ve done my own team in England level 22 and put the reserve in a welsh lower league hope that helps
