Editor question-league rules

hey guys it would be great if somebody can help me...I am playing serbian super league and want to remove rule with foreighn players restriction..serbian league has 16 teams so after the first 16 rounds its divade in two parts play off and play out where you play only 1 game with every team ...team only carry half of there points from first part of leage into playoff..so can somebody help me how to make that in advance editor..I know everything but how to make points split ..thanks in advance
