As the title states im experiencing that some of my players (usually players with 16+ in determination) are getting less determined. I haven't been tutoring them and eventhough all their other attributes are increasing determination just happens to slowly decrease.
I can't quite figure out what the issue is which is why im asking you guys.
For your information, I'm managing a fairly unknown club in Denmark. We've been in the UCL twice and beaten big opponents. I've upgraded both the training and youth facilities so they have 2,5 out of 5 possible stars.
I've also invested heavily in youth recruitment and I still can't wrap my head around what seems to be problem.
Any guesses?
