Finding more coaches?

Hey, I'm pretty new to FM so don't know much yet.

I've already had a career with Real Oviedo but found it got boring after a while, not enough competition etc. But during that career I recruited Patrick Kluivert as a coach.

Now I'm doing a career with Leeds, and I want to get Kluivert as a coach but he doesn't show up in the staff search?

Any ideas on how to find him would be appreciated.
