How to ask player to sak his agent?

Hi guys,
I after a few years break from FM, but now I'm BACK!

during the first season (man utd) some players ask for a contract renewal.
some of them have a ridicules demands, how do I deal with that?

and where is the option to ask a player to sack his agent?
when it's recommended to do this?
