Loading a save game issue

When i try to load a save game it gives me the following error
'unknown database version: 1392'
the url to my save game is: http://www.filefront.com/15586093/bcfc.fm
My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate and i am using the DVD version of FM2010
any help will be appreciated

you have updated to latest patches?

u hav updated and tried to load a game saved in old version
if u hav updated u hav to start a new game

maybe I should have added that i've been using the scout since it came out all those yrs ago so i'm not exactly a novice and i do know how to check for the usual errors and how the patches effect it.
