Defensive coaching being calculated incorrectly

I have noticed that since the last release of the g edition, nearly every staff member has their defensive coaching ability start calculated way too high.

Looking through the coaches there are many rated at 4.5 and 5 starts when in game they are really closer to 3 or 3.5 stars.

it's not only the defensive coaching ability but also for the goalkeeping coaches that the star rating is off compared to the ingame rating. Is their an explanation for this, can it be fixed?
