Can Only Edit Prize Money on Some Competitions.

Hello. I just started a new save. When I try to edit the prize money for some competitions, there's no tab at all to select. Some competitions I can edit the prize money and some I can't with no apparent rhyme or reason. None of the leagues I tried to edit had started yet and which ones I can and can't seems to change with different saves despite trying to edit them on the same game day.

Is there something I'm missing or a workaround?

I'm having the same problem. I can see the prize money tab for certain leagues like the English Premier League and German First Division but not other leagues like the Scottish Premiership or Portuguese Premier League.
Definitely not paying for the full license until this is fixed.

Same problem on FMSE 2020. The prize money is readable in the game i.e. the "rules" page of the division (Afghanistan Premier League and Afghan Lower Division) but the prize money tab isn't showing up on FMSE.
