I play FM15 and i noticed that genie scout shows a 26 years-old player maxed out at 180 (ca and pa) with smaller potential rating than his current, as you can see at the screenshots below.

Besides that, i have in my team Ruben Neves (his age is 28), he is maxed out at 177 (ca and pa) but his has potential rating about 1% greater than his current.
Is there an explanation about that?
