Players are English but shows up as Slovakia in the genie.

The Unique ID may have changed through some sort of updating of your device, or something like that. What you can do is locate your new Unique ID, as you did to receive your key the first time, and contact Eugene (Genie) via email, using the email he used to send you the key, and explain the situation, offering your new/changed Unique ID for him to remedy this.
