FMSE support for 18.3.3 hotfix

The program wont work with the newest hotfix for FM 18.

Game is on the 18.3.3 hotfix, the FMSE is updated to the newest version, but if i try to load
the save into to FMSE a massage pops out ""

We rolled out an update few hours after the 18.3.3 patch was released. Apparently SI released yet another patch afterwards (still 18.3.3) and changed the subversion.

We have prepared a new version this morning though.
