What method is used to calculate Genie Scouts "Player Rating Coefficients"

Hi there,

Was just wondering by what method the coefficients are calculated?

Somewhat fascinated to learn of the maths involved... or is it all done by personal preference.

To those that make their own, what process do you go through to weight stats appropriately.

Has Eugene ever commented on the process he went through?
