Hundreds of emails

I don't know what I have turned on, each day I get emails for every single free agent to either sign them or it is telling me they are signing for somebody else. I have a large database so its beginning to crash my game now the transfer window is open.

Any suggestions what to do?

Thanks man, is there any way to make this effect permanent? Because every day I have to filter it, and if I filter both agents and transfers I might be missing other actual relevant transfer emails.

In my responsibilities, he has nothing to do with scouting or agents at all. If I fire DoF the responsibility just shifts onto my head scout then to assistant manager.

It could be your staff responsibility settings - I think its the Personal Assistant who deals with agent offers. Try changing the settings there.
