Hello. Im in my first season with Benfica. The first half of the season i let my director of football, sign staff but when i saw the low level on the staff he brought in i decided to do it myself. Now im having the problem that im only available to sign new scouts on part time contracts, even though the scouts my DOF signed are on full time. Its not a case of the board not letting me sign more scouts because i have 4 open scout spots. Anyone experienced this or have advise on how to fix it?
