Finding a coach who joins the club Genie Scout 17

Hi guys,
I usually run clubs from lower leagues. I would like to use a scout to find better coaches, but using GS 17 and choosing, for example, a 4 **** defense coach, I get a list of dozens of candidates. The problem is that no one wants to work with me. How to limit this list to those interested in GS 17?

The best way is to look in Genie scout for coaches with a low current ability and/or coaches from the country you are playing in (or nearby countries). If you fail to find a 4* coach than try to find a 3,5* coach with higher potential ability.
