B Team & U19 trainers

Hello !

I wanted to know something when you go in the training section of your A team you see coaches from A team and B team. Do they both impact trainings the same way ?
Same for B team where you see A & B coaches and for U19 you see all coaches of the club.
I mean for example if a trainer from A team got 4 stars in the U19 training is it better than a 3,5 star of a U19 trainer ?

I look at it from the players side of things - any player on a Youth contract is trained in the Youth Facilities by the Youth coaches.
A player on a Professional contract is trained in the First team facilities.

On the training screen, under Coaches, I set the coaches to hteir best roles by the stars, whether they be First Team, u23s/u20s or u18s coaches according to their contract.

How the game treats the 'personal interaction' between the coaches and players I'm not too sure.
