Just started a journeyman below the North/South leagues and my first job is at Nantwich.
Any recommendations on players to sign?

Honestly? There are so many players in the lower leagues you shouldn't have a problem. Look for the freebies, go for strength and physical players.

I found a couple of good players for Aveley, but it's such a transient environment it's difficult to build anything long-term.
