For a few reasons, my son needs to change his Phone plan from Republic Wirelsss to Cricket. Does anybody have experience doing that? We went to Cricket store in town. They tried to check the availability of his number, but, the system gave a strange error message. He has the new phone that he wants to start using on Cricket. But, wants to keep the same number. But due to the error that the store got when trying to transfer the number, his request could not be processed. Has anybody else tried to do a transfer like this? Did it work?
Please help
