Template for requesting kits:

Home - Red, Yellow trim (AC Milan home) OR post picture of kit what you want

Away - Black and White (West Ham home) OR post picture of kit what you want

Third - Blue, Red and White trim (NEC away) OR post picture of kit what you want

Sponsor - Sony

Badge - post your club badge or you can request a new one

Home - Black, with gold and white "stripes", potentially all white badge

Away - Gold, with black and white "stripes", black/white badge (whichever looks best)?
